Très jolie maison composée de deux logements indépendants. La maison est très bien équipée, nous avons même eu le droit à du miel local et des produits de bain au miel. Très belle piscine, il faut faire attention si vous avez des jeunes enfants car la piscine est accessible depuis la terrasse ( pas de barrière) La maison est au calme, la plage est accessible à pied. Les environs sont très beaux Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli et a été présent lorsque nous en avions besoin merci.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Spetses! The location is fantastic- just a short distance from the beach and the lovely town center, making easy to explore everything Spetses has to offer. Stefanos was incredible welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Spetses - we would definitely be back!!!

Ήταν όλα άψογα, η βίλλα, η πισίνα, ο περιβάλλων χώρος, ο εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού, η τοποθεσία και φυσικά η εξυπηρέτηση από τον ιδιοκτήτη! Η βίλλα είναι εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρη και καλαίσθητη, και έχει όλες τις ανέσεις (κλιματισμός, ξαπλώστρες, πετσέτες, σκεύη κουζίνας, χαρτί υγείας, αφρόλουτρο, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, απλώστρα για τα ρούχα κλπ). Όλα είναι πολύ προσεγμένα και ποιοτικά. Λόγω των 3 επιπέδων, μπορούν άνετα να φιλοξενηθούν οικογένειες, που θα απολαμβάνουν κατά τη διαμονή τους και τα πλεονεκτήματα της συγκατοίκησης και την ιδιωτικότητά τους, όποτε το επιθυμούν. Η πισίνα είναι πολύ μεγάλη και βαθιά, και πραγματικά την ευχαριστηθήκαμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ήσυχη (με ιδιωτικότητα), χωρίς σπίτια τριγύρω, και με θέα στην Ερμιόνη. Είναι πολύ κοντά σε σουπερμάρκετ και στο κέντρο της Ερμιόνης. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν άψογος σε όλα! Εξαιρετικά φιλικός και προσιτός, διαθέσιμος ανά πάσα στιγμή. Μας έδωσε μέχρι και αριθμό κινητού τηλεφώνου για να παραγγέλνουμε ό,τι θέλουμε (χωρίς να ψάχνουμε που θα βρούμε καφέ, delivery κλπ.) Υπήρχε ευελιξία και ευκολία στην ώρα άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα με την πρώτη ευκαιρία! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Ονειρεμένο τριήμερο!!!! Απόλυτος προορισμός για ξεκούραση! Φανταστική θέα. Υπέροχος εξωτερικός χώρος για καθε ωρα της ημερας.Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Με αυτοκίνητο κοντά από το κέντρο και υπέροχα εστιατόρια κοντά στη θάλασσα. Φιλόξενοι και πολυ διακριτικοί οικοδεσπότες πρόθυμοι να είναι πάντα στην διάθεση σας. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία σας!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη το σπιτάκι που μέναμε ήταν πραγματικά πολύ όμορφο, προσεγμένο, καθαρό με ωραία διακόσμηση και ένα πολύ όμορφο κήπο!

Wow, what a place. We’ve just spent 10 amazing days in this beautiful villa. The villa is stunning with the most gorgeous pool & views to sea. The area is beautiful, very quiet & with a lovely little beach a few minutes walk away with a diving platform into the crystal clear sea. The kids were entertained for hours. There is a lovely taverna on the beach with great food & really friendly staff. Lily was so helpful with the booking, directions & lots of recommendations. We visited gorgeous Erimioni & had a wonderful day out to Spetses but we were just as happy splitting our time between the pool & the beach. This was a big family holiday & it couldn’t have been better. Thankyou Lily & also Thassos & Anastasia for a lovely welcome.

An amazing villa with beautiful views! The villa was very clean and included just about everything that we needed during our two-week vacation. You can tell that John put a lot of thought into outfitting the villa to meet the needs of his guests. Location was great but you definitely need a car. plenty of great and interesting things to do in the area such as visits to nearby islands, renting boats and exploring the coastline yourself, renting 4x4s or motor scooters and exploring Greek antiquities. Pool was well maintained and we used it every day. Outdoor living areas were terrific and I think I already mentioned the simply amazing views.

This house is more spectacular than the photos! The infinity pool overlooking the sea is beyond compare! In addition to spending every moment in the pool, the walk down to the private lagoon is fantastic. The beach is not sand; it is small round stones but there is an umbrella and lounge chairs there for your use (bring water shoes to walk on small stones). The third most amazing location is the outdoor eating area with a full kitchen - stovetop, oven, fridges, dishwasher - so easy for preparing meals for a large number of guests. We called it "The Temple of Zeus" because it was so grand. Now, onto the house, the house is beautiful! Two bedrooms and one bath on first floor with kitchen, 2nd floor has two bedrooms and a loft (our kids slept in loft) and large family room. Loft area has it's own private bathroom (no shower). Last bedroom (6th) is separate from the house and is located in the billiard room (has pool table) and a full bath with shower. This house is A+.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la maison, du premier au dernier moment. Stella nous a accueillis à la descente du bateau et nous a accompagnés jusqu’à la maison. La maison était impeccable, très belle, en excellent état, parfaitement équipée, et superbement bien placée, à côté des restaurants et des plages. Un grand merci à Stella pour sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse pour faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable.

Επισκεφτήκαμε τον χώρο της Δανάης απο 13/7εως 21/7 ο χώρος ήταν άψογος κάθως και η οικοδέσποινα ήταν αφογη σε όλα μας ενημέρωνε για οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν . Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στης φωτογραφίες ,η τοποθεσία άψογη ,νομίζω πως ήταν το ιδανικό μέρος για να περάσουμε ξεκούραστα της μέρες μας . Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα ευχαριστουμε Δαναη !!!

האיכות היה מושלם ,נוף מדהים ,הוילה הייתה מהממת ומצויידת היטב ,עם ברכה מדהימה ..לאונידס היה נעים מאוד ושרותי. נשמח שוב לחזור להתארך בוילה זו . תודה רבה על החוויה הנהדרת

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. To begin with the pictures do not do it justice. The house is simply beautiful. I was very happy to see how clean, organized and fully stocked that it was. I traveled from the United States and spent many hours looking at home both on airbnb and luxury rental companies before deciding on this home. I could not be happier with my decision. To begin with the location was great. It is up on the mountain with an amazing view of Porto Heli. The only 4 star review was that the roads are a little rocky and small. The drive to the beach is 6-7 minutes, however, there is a better road that takes only an extra 5 minutes to make it to the beach. You will need a car. For me and my family this location was perfect as it was close to activity (night life etc) for the younger people and quiet/isolated for those who wanted it. The house had everything you needed. Each bedroom with a wonderful bathroom and balcony. The two separate houses worked great for our group. The outdoor furniture was plenty and wonderful to spend evenings/afternoons gathered and hanging out outside. The pool was in amazing shape and kept clean. It was really amazing how clean and nice this house was. Overall I will be happy to book again. Amazing property and well worth it!

You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

προτείνετε ανεπιφύλακτα η τοποθεσία και η θέα είναι εκπληκτική, πολύ κοντά στο Πόρτο Χέλι. το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. πολύ καθαρός χώρος και περιποιημένος εξωτερικός χώρος με εκπληκτικό φωτισμό . τελός οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί και συνεργάσιμοι

George's house is really beautiful, inside and out. The nice thing is that this is not some shell of a villa, but clearly someone's home. The setting is spectacular, if a little remote. But we like remote! What really made the difference was George our host and Sophie, his cleaner. Both were super helpful when I had to unexpectedly go into hospital, with George even going so far as to offer to travel the 1.5 hour journey to the Hospital to talk to the doctors on our behalf! In the end, this was not necessary but it was good to know that we had that option if needed. Despite the hospital stay, we had a lovely stay in a lovely setting. And the proximity to Spetses and Hydra is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

Alles was geweldig! We waren met twee jonge kinderen. Het zwembad was voor hun prachtig en het uitzicht vanaf het huis en de rustige omgeving was heerlijk! We hebben genoten van de zonsondergangen. Het huis bevind zich op de bergen en je kan er ‘s ochtends prima een wandeling maken. Om naar de haven van Porto Heli te gaan heb je wel vervoer nodig maar met 10minuten ben je beneden in de haven of bij verschillende stranden. We zijn erg goed verzorgd door de eigenaren en we raden deze accommodatie van harte aan!

Une séjour merveilleux ; la maison est parfaite, rien ne manque et nous avons adoré les multiples terrasses, la piscine, la vue sur Porto heli et les îles saronics ; nous avons même profité du terrain de tennis aux heures les moins chaudes; un grand merci à Isabelle pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse : avoir répondu à nos questions et prodiguer ses conseils avisés pour découvrir la région ;

Gregory’s home was incredible and very continently located. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in the area for a wedding. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home walking distance to all shops and restaurants in the area

We spent a memorable week in the Villa Athena. The place, both indoor and outdoor, is very spatious and clean. The terrace and the swimming pools were actually much better that what we could expected from the current pictures on the app. This was a really good surprise. The location is a bit remote and the access not so easy (you need a car) but it totally worths it. You'll enjoy the amazing view without disturbance from the neighbors. From the villa, you can also easily access to small and non-tourist beaches by walking 5 to 10mins. Minors inconvenients: - no drinkable water from tap - check in and check out timing did not occurred as expected

Great house with a big pool. A few minutes walk to a beautiful little beach. Porto Heli only 10 mins in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.
