We had an amazing two days in this lovely cottage. The placed looked even better than the pictures. A real slice of paradise ! If you want a calm, relaxing and romantic getaway from Sydney, this place offer you everything you need. You can feel the love and the care they put on the process of building this lovely house. Such a beautiful little cottage with some really lovely finishing touches. I loved the outdoor bath! The traffic noise wasn’t even noticeable, but I’m not a light sleeper. Bed was super comfy. Chantelle is very friendly, responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

The house was gorgeous and exactly what was described. A peaceful retreat with spectacular views. It met and exceeded every expectation! Vincent’s direction was great and kind. We will be looking forward to our next adventure there, and hopefully we can stay much longer! Thank you!!

This stay is by far one of the best Air B&B stays I’ve ever had. Went for a peaceful getaway and it was perfect. Andy was the most attentive host and his property was beyond beautiful and pristine. How he keeps the entire 3 acres this perfect is beyond me. The location, on the edge of a huge gorge had the best views ever! We enjoyed his stunning rock pool that looked like it was cut straight out of the natural, huge rock formations in the area. We ate outside almost every night in the beautiful garden area. Even made a small bonfire and just enjoyed the night. I cannot recommend Andy’s cottages more. We will for sure be back soon!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend doing the coastal cliff walk in the park. It’s a few minutes walk to the IGA and all the restaurants and beaches and also a few minutes walk to the start of the hike. The place was perfect for us with comfy beds, plenty of kitchen supplies and outdoor and indoor spaces that were easy to hang out in. The back yard is way bigger than it looks in the photos and we enjoyed a little fire and wine for our late night chats. Highly recommend this place.

Very few places exceed my expectations, the Mud Brick Hut was one of them. I was looking for something private ✅ quirky ✅ with a fire ✅and bath ✅. You feel like you are a million miles away, where in fact. 15 minute drive has you in Nth Richmond. It was raining, we loved the space so much we didn’t want to leave. We spent hours around the fire playing guitar, and then raided the games and spent an afternoon playing chess! Fiona’s place. Is rustic and full of charm and stories. The upstairs loft space is huge- with comfy bed and quality linens. Fiona is super nice, helpful and just lovely host . The little town of Grose Vale is cute and I would love to explore more one day. I definitely would recommend The Mud Hut. Thankyou Fiona!

We had an incredible stay! The place became our home for 4 weeks. We would start our morning with a coffee in the sun-filled backyard, take the boards to the beach, visit the many coffee shops & restaurants surrounding the place. After a big day, we were always so excited to come back, relax and have a drink in the afternoon sun. It was so relaxing! We were sad to leave, but excited to get back asap! Marie was a sweetheart and made our stay super special. I would recommend this place to everyone, it truly is an amazing spot!

Fantastic property. The house was super-clean and it was probably the best stocked kitchen of any airbnb that I have stayed at. The location was quiet and the front balcony was great for taking in the water views, the sunsets and for feeding the local birds. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our romantic getaway to the quaint little cottage that’s nestled in the cute coastal town of bundeena. It was perfect for our romantic getaway away. Amber is a wonderful host, her friendly manor & quick responses were great. The notebook is recently decorated with such style. It has all the modern and luxurious amenities that you could want but still manages to ooze old world charm with its beautifully curated homewares. The kitchen and bathroom is well equiped with everything you would need. The luxury toiletries were a nice touch too & made the rooms smell lovely. We were fortunate enough to be able to utilise the fireplace which was so cosy and warmed up the room in no time. The deck and garden with its high surrounding walls and lush greenery made it feel like our own private oasis. There is wifi and a smart TV if you want it. The cottage is very close to the Marley walking trail & only a few mins drive from Bundenna ferry and shops. We will defo be back!

Ruby's little beachside retreat is a gem. It is very well positioned in the very quiet and peaceful part of the town, about 10 minutes walk to the local cafes. 5 minutes walk and youre on the beach. We loved the minimalist yet 'everything we need' style of decor and kitchen set up. the front and rear yards are enough for kids to play in and the rear deck is great for home cooked breakfasts in the morning sun.

Fantastic place to stay! House had everything we needed including a really well stocked kitchen for cooking. Beds were really comfy and there was plenty of room for us (two families with young kids) to have time together and space on our own. Highlight was seeing deer walking in the garden at dusk!

Birdsong Cottage was a lovely spot to relax over summer. Easy walk to the beach and great location. The beds were super comfortable and house had lots of character with Jan’s trinkets and mementos. Jan was a great host and very responsive.

What a wonderful Airbnb experience this was, Paul’s place was sparkling clean, comfortable, well located, and communication was efficient with a late check out allowed. This was our second time in Avalon and we will definitely look to stay here in the future when visiting again.

We had a fantastic stay at Julie and Tony’s place! The house was beautiful, spotless and just perfect for our family of 4. Julie even brought 2 boxes of duplo around for my youngest which he loved it was a real personal touch that went a long way! The location was perfect a lovely park and basketball court and cafe at the bottom of the road which the boys loved, the train station is super handy to go into the city along with Uber taxis! Julie and Tony made us feel super welcome and were great hosts. If you are thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed it’s a perfect house to stay and we loved every minute.

We stayed at Jackie and Chris’s idyllic bungalow for the first time over the Easter weekend. It was simply one of the best and most beautiful bnb’s I have stayed at to date. The location of Otford is excellent being central to Helensburgh and Thirroul, the scenery is also spectacular! The bungalow itself is exquisitely outfitted. Having anything you could ever need. It was exceptionally clean and organised and even smelled amazing! It is such a warm and inviting space to be in, you instantly feel right at home. There is also an amazing view of the rain forest from the deck. Although it’s close to the main residence it feels very private and secluded. Jackie was very quick to reply with any questions and gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. All in all it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Jackie and Chris are absolutely lovely to deal with, and exceptional hosts It is the most genuine and positive experience I have had with Airbnb.

This was such an absolute gem! What a gorgeous serene place- my family and I had a beautiful time! It’s close to so many things to do, not to mention, right next to door to an incredible bakery and gorgeous farm! What a treat! We were spoilt! Definitely would recommend to those looking to have a beautiful Bilpin experience :-)
