I had a most enjoyable six weeks stay , in comfortable accommodation and pleasant surroundings , within easy walking of beaches and cafes . For anyone wishing to see more of the Northern Beaches this is a good central location , also with good transport options in to the city . I appreciated the privacy of the accommodation , but the hosts were readily available , and willing to help , if needed .

This place is a hidden gem! We were so pleased that we happened to fluke this place as our stay before heading to Newcastle and were so pleased! It was such a quiet, peaceful place to stay. It’s out of the busyness of the city but close enough to everything if you need. Berowra waters is just down the road. We had two young children with us and found we had plenty of room for us all. The beds were SUPER comfortable, beautiful linens and had everything we could need. The host was very kind and helpful! The only downside was we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Look no further! Home away from home! 5 star location (walking distance to spas, market, restaurants, ferry, etc...), 5 star home (super clean, ALL amenities possible, very cozy) and 5 star host who displayed a great deal of flexibility with a 4 year old. Thank you Margaret and I really hope this review will bring you more visitors. You deserve it!

Was greeted by Tracy on arrival. Tracy was great and informative. There’s a long narrow stairway down side of house to bottom of property where we stayed. May not be ideal for those who struggle to walk up and down flights of stairs but was no biggie for us! Clean and tidy Bedroom, Kitchen (with gas stove) and Bathroom/Laundry areas. Comfortable Lounge suite and outdoor lounging suite. There’s a slight clutter with furnitures in lounge/dining and outdoors but realised that the waterfront yard is not private unless Tracy has no guests on her other Airbnb listing which I was not aware of and that’s on me btw (for not reading up on it). BUT, once you see the water, the jetty and the wildlife in their elements, everything else are only minor things lol. Hubby caught some fish on the jetty but was unable to go out on boat due to wet and stormy weather. Nevertheless, all in all, it was a great time away from home and enjoyed our stay. We had a great stay at Robin’s cabin. It was very comfortable and in a great quiet location. Walking distance to the beach!! Robin was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

An amazing place that delivers more than is listed on the site, with added extras such as the provision of surf equipment (e.g. boogie boards), thoughtful touches like a cool bag for transporting cold food and drinks, some kitchen basics (cooking oil, fruit juice). The space is large and very well thought-out. The half bathroom on the upper level is nice to have.

Lisa opened her flat to my son and his partner. She was very helpful, open, and genuinely caring. I know they appreciate her immensely, and I could rest assured that they were comfortably enjoying their accommodations on the other side of the world. We really loved the stay at Spa & sips sanctuary. The place was tucked away in a quite little space not far from the beach. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed for the four nights we were there. We had plenty to do in Terrigal, spending time at the beach, Reptile Park, and the Meet the sanctuary animals of Moo to Ewe. Having a wine and unwinding in the spa in the evening made the whole experience all the nicer! Thanks for the great stay.

Such a great experience. Everything was so clean and perfectly organised with everything working perfectly. Such a modern house with all new appliances. It felt like home in a Hampton style beach house and had everything we needed that we didn’t think of. By far the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Catherine hill bay is such a nice modern estate area overlooking the beach. The beach was only a few minutes walk down the road. I appreciate the flexible check in and check out, as well as an update on the trading hours of the local grocery stores & pubs. Thank you Courtney and Tammie for the wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect getaway with plenty to explore while giving us a beautiful and clean space to retire to when we wanted to rest. The area is whitely tucked away with a number of cafes, beaches, and shop destinations within a short drive. As someone who is a bit of a clean freak I can absolutely testify that the space was spotless. I couldn’t recommend this villa higher whether you’re on your own, two people, or a couple with a baby (like us). We can’t wait to come and stay again — 12/10 stars!

Thank you to Dean and Ivona for curating such a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved everything about their boathouse - from preparing breakfast and dinner in the outdoor kitchen, fishing on the dock, to enjoying the most beautiful sunset and view. The boathouse was everything we could have asked for and more, it was very private and had lots to do. Although we weren’t successful in getting the pizza oven or campfire to work (it was very damp), it was the perfect getaway and our only regret is not booking it for longer. Dean and Ivona are great hosts, they made us feel right at home and ensured we were comfortable during our stay. It was an unforgettable experience and we are already planning our next visit! Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at this property and can confidently say it was exactly as described. Communication was a breeze from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress-free. The space was incredibly roomy, spotlessly clean, and clearly well-maintained. The shower, in particular, was amazing—truly a highlight of the stay. Overall, I rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

The Nest was a beautiful and cosy little place to stay which was perfect for my Easter weekend getaway. It was convenient with the included parking spot, although it is slightly offroad. It was also walking distance to the restuarants in the area by accessing a flight of stairs near by. We recommend Joanne's place!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully presented cottage. It was immaculately clean with modern furnishings and bedding. Very well stocked with everything you need. Mary was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this to everyone and look forward to returning.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ella’s place is clean, comfortable, has all the amenities and is in easy walking distance to the beach. The hot tub is an added bonus and we both enjoyed during some cooler weather. Thanks Ella!

Had a great stay at The Tin Shack. Everything is exactly as advertised and house is spotless. I would highly recommend Mark's place.

Jamie and Zoe are very thoughtful and responsive hosts. The place is a lovely getaway, a short walk to the beach and shops but in a quiet location. The house is equipped with everything you need and the outdoor plunge pool is a serene spot to relax. The shower is the best after a day at the beach or enjoying a coastal walk taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway. Wonderful and friendly hosts made the getaway even more enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to book this for your next getaway!

A fantastic place to stay for a few nights or even longer, Paul is such a great host. The home was exceptionally clean, the spa bath was absolutely delightful and his instructions are very very clear! The surroundings?! Beautiful and we felt right at home. I’ve already begun recommending Paul’s stay to all our friends.

Such an absolutely stunning place! We had a beautiful stay here, the place is so well appointed and has everything you could need. The extra touches of wine and breakfast provisions were so lovely.

Some people are weird... I don’t get the few random complaints about this Airbnb. It’s a really nice little place, with absolutely everything provided. Lots of thoughtful touches, well maintained and cleaned, and really tastefully decorated. Just a very cosy and comfy place and well located. You do hear the stomping and pipes from above but we were up early so it wasn’t a problem for us and it’s clear in the description. All in all, a really great place to chill by the beach. Christina made us feel very welcome and the place was very private. peaceful and easy to find. Christina was an excellent host. Easy walk to Ettalong Beach and the amenities were exceptional. Highly recommend.
