The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The generous, modern bathroom has a frameless shower, large mirrors and marble tiles. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies.
