This small 1950’s cottage was entirely gutted and rebuilt attempting to keep the peaceful feel of the home yet creating a completely modem look. There was lots of sweat and love that went into every detail to make this home luxurious, comfortable and fresh. Who wouldn’t love a brand new home surrounded by garden, fruit, vegetables and nature. Maple on Royal is a 2 bedroom house, with a large front, side and back garden which is used to grow Organic fruit and vegetables all year round (seasonal).

An original cottage 5 minutes from the historic Port Adelaide town centre. Easy access to station, shops and Semaphore Beach Cafe presinct. Plenty of street parking. Within 30 mins you can explore, Barossa Valley or the Adelaide CBD. Perfect for family stay. The home has high ceilings and wooden floorboards throughtout. The two bedrooms have a queen bed & built-in wardrobes. There is large open living, dining space with plenty of natural light and sliding doors open to an outdoor area.

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.
