Well serviced by public transportation and an easy walk from the Opera House, Botanic Gardens as well as Elizabeth and Rushcutter’s Bay. Great running and kids parks are nearby. You'll have one parking spaces to use in the secure garage beneath the apartment building. The car parking space is smallish and suited to a small or mid size car. Ask the parking garage is quite tight which makes a large car difficult to park.

It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.
