The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Nestled between the iconic Bald Hill and Otford valley , and alongside the famous Grand Pacific drive, there is much to do, or luxuriate and do nothing.

Relax in a stylish bayside self contained studio, detached from main residence in exclusive location in Sth Cronulla. Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
